Partnership and the City of Pleasanton regarding a 12-unit, single-family <br />residential PUD and water/sewer infrastructure within the Happy Valley Specific Plan <br />Area. <br /> <br />Commissioner Maas make a motion that the predevelopment agreement between T.T.K. and the City of <br />Pleasanton is consistent with the General Plan and the Happy Valley Specific Plan. Chairperson Roberts <br />seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts noted that the Commission approved this project. In response to an inquiry by <br />Commissioner Kumaran, Ms. Sero noted that T.T.K. is willing to provide funding for the infrastructure, <br />there are no CAPP, and the City is not giving up any review authority. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Maas, seconded by Chairperson Roberts, that the <br />predevelopment agreement between T.T.K. and the City of Pleasanton is consistent with the <br />General Plan and the Happy Valley Specific Plan. <br /> <br />ROLLCALLVOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Kumaran and Maas, and Chairperson Roberts <br />Commissioner Arkin <br />Commissioners Kameny and Sullivan <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-99-76 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br /> <br />Consideration of General Plan and Specific Plan Consistency for Development Agreement <br />between New Cities Development Group and the City of Pleasanton regarding a PUD with <br />51 new, single-family residential units in the North Sycamore Specific Plan area, and <br />water/sewer infrastructure within the Happy Valley Specific Plan area. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued relating to the proposed number of homes in the planned unit development. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kumaran made a motion that the Commission deny the Development Agreement with <br />New Cities Development Group.
