ROLLCALLVOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Arkin, Kumaran, and Maas and Chairperson Roberts <br />None <br />Commissioners Kameny and Sullivan <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-99-73 as motioned. <br /> <br />Ms. Seto provided an overview of issues relating to a Development Agreement between SummerHill <br />Homes and the City of Pleasanton including constructing infrastructure valued at $1.2 million, <br />SummerHill's pro rata share, First Developer constructs ail infrastructure, requirement to dedicate by- <br />pass road right-of-way, consideration as "major project" growth management purpose, no cap on fees/no <br />special approval process, and consistency with General Plan and Specific Plan. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued relating to what necessitates a development Agreement, what rights the City will give <br />up in exchange for the development agreement, and the effects of denying the Sportomo application on <br />the TTK and New Cities development agreements. <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts makes a motion that the proposed pre-development agreement between <br />SummerHill Homes and the City of Pleasanton is not consistent with the General Plan and the Happy <br />Valley Specific Plan. Commissioner Maas seconds the motion.
