Further, he stated that he would not object to <br />the cost of the windows on the front elevation if the Commission went with Option 3, and that he would <br />be in favor of shutters remaining open as shown in Option 3. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />Commissioner Maas noted she would be in favor of recommending a window on the rear elevation and <br />conditioning the front-facing garage door to be non-functional with the door on the right elevation being <br />functional. She expressed appreciation to the applicant for his patience.
