Commissioner Maas noted she would be in favor of recommending a window on the rear elevation and conditioning the front-facing garage door to be non-functional with the door on the right elevation being functional. She expressed appreciation to the applicant for his patience. She noted she would be in favor of Monday through Friday construction. Commissioner Kameny noted his concurrence with Commissioner Maas' statements. Chairperson Kumaran noted his support with approving the application and the changes requested at the previous meeting. A motion was made by Commissioner Maas, seconded by Commissioner Kameny, that a Resolution be adopted approving Case Z-99-24 subject to the conditions in Exhibit "B," including a condition that the front-elevation door to the garage be non-functional, retention of the functional right-elevation door leading to the garage, and Monday through Friday construction hours; further, that staff and the applicant examine issues of having closed shutters for the lower window on the front elevation and enlarging the upper window on the front elevation.
