intent as a commissioner. She expressed support with the density of the project being at 1.58 lots per <br />acre and the amenity package. She noted that the developer has incorporated all of her requests in the <br />plan including a 30 pement FAR, increased lot sizes, grading, height of homes, reduction in density, <br />provision of single-story homes, design and materials used for fencing to retain views, emergency <br />vehicle access, and setbacks of Street "A." She stated that she was satisfied with staffs report on <br />projected lower traffic volumes. She noted that issues relating to schools have been addressed and that <br />faith needs to be established that other entities will follow through with projects. She expressed support <br />with the developer's proposal for preservation of the creek to improve quality of area and that drainage <br />and stabilization issues have been addressed. She noted that she would be willing to discuss issues <br />relating to approving accessory structures, rolled curbs, and height limitations on two-story homes. She <br />requested that a visual analysis from various different areas of the valley floor views be performed. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - C (Commercial) District. <br /> <br />Continued to May 26, 1999. <br /> <br />RZ-98-03~ City of Pleasanton <br />Application to amend the Pleasanton Municipal Code by modifying the process for <br />reviewing second units.
