10. <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper requested that staff examine sewer waste issues at the corner o£ Bernal at <br />the fairgrounds and Commissioner Maas requested that the County be encouraged to address <br />landscaping issues on Valley Avenue near the fairgrounds. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny inquired whether an agenda would be provided for the joint meeting of <br />the Planning Commission and City Council. Mr. Isarson noted there would be an agenda. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny inquired as to the status of the landscaping at the corner of Valley and <br />Santa Rita, the Morrison subdivision. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny inquired as to whether there was a City ordinance for proper~y <br />maintenance and the process for filing complaints. Mr. Iserson noted that there is a property <br />maintenance ordinance and that a complaint could be filed with code enforcement. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan commented on the Arroyo trail going toward 680 and the gate to permit <br />bicycle and pedestrian access. He requested that this be added to an inventory list for better <br />design, alternatives, or provision from staff noting why design has been selected. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson r~quested that the Commission complete the survey provifled by the Youth <br />Commission. <br /> <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br /> <br />a.
