(Unanimously approved as a non-Specific Plan <br />recommendation.) <br /> <br />Reduction in housing units back to 150 units as targeted in the General Plan by taking the <br />reduction on the MDR with 26 units coming from Lot 21 and ten from the remaining <br />Medium-density Residential lots. (Maas and Cooper vote no; therefore this motion for change <br />did not carry.) <br /> <br />Recommendation that the City Council not require the neighborhood to the west of the Specific <br />Plan area to pay for improvements resulting from the Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program. <br />(Unanimously approved as a non-Specific Plan recommendation.) <br /> <br />Phasing of the project with the school and the Medium Density Residential not being constructed <br />until after Lonestar completes mining activities. (Cooper and Maas voted no; therefore this <br />motion did not carry.) <br /> <br />Modified route for the 60 KV lines to prevent electromagnetic fields at the school.
