10. <br /> <br />Allowing Lot 31 to be subdivided. <br />(Sullivan voted no.) <br />Urge the City Council to negotiate with RMC Lonestar to discontinue mining operations on <br />Lot 21. (Unanimously approved as a non-Specific Plan recommendation.) <br /> <br />Delete the 100-room inn/spa/restaurant/conference facility on Lot 28. (Unanimous.) <br /> <br />Four units be removed from Lot 21 (RMC Lonestar), and redistributed to Lot 27 (Goodwin <br />property). (Kumaran, Maas, Sullivan voted no.) <br /> <br />Not allow the daycare center to be constructed before the infrastructure to the immediate area is <br />provided (Maas voted no.) <br /> <br />Undergrounding of the overhead utility lines not occurring at Lot 18 frontage (Maas and <br />Sullivan voted no; therefore this motion for change did not carry.) <br /> <br />Granting additional units up to 250 to provide for speedy development of the infrastructure <br />(Kumaran, Maas, Sullivan voted no.) <br /> <br />Reduction of speed from 40 mph to 35 mph on Vineyard Avenue, subject to review for <br />compliance. (Unanimous.) <br /> <br />Recommendation from the Commission to the Police Department that they strictly enforce the <br />speed reduction on Vineyard Avenue. (Unanimously approved as a non-Specific Plan <br />recommendation.) <br /> <br />Reduction in housing units back to 150 units as targeted in the General Plan by taking the <br />reduction on the MDR with 26 units coming from Lot 21 and ten from the remaining <br />Medium-density Residential lots. (Maas and Cooper vote no; therefore this motion for change <br />did not carry.) <br /> <br />Recommendation that the City Council not require the neighborhood to the west of the Specific <br />Plan area to pay for improvements resulting from the Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program. <br />(Unanimously approved as a non-Specific Plan recommendation.) <br /> <br />Phasing of the project with the school and the Medium Density Residential not being constructed <br />until after Lonestar completes mining activities. (Cooper and Maas voted no; therefore this <br />motion did not carry.) <br /> <br />Modified route for the 60 KV lines to prevent electromagnetic fields at the school.
