ROLLCALLVOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper and Maas <br />Chairperson Kumaran and Commissioner Sullivan <br />None <br />Commissioners Kameny and Roberts <br /> <br />Chairperson Kumaran noted that he voted no due to the number of units being proposed in the project <br />and the mining activities at RMC Lonestar. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Cooper, seconded by Commissioner Maas to adopt the <br />resolution contained in Attachment 8 recommending approval of the PUD Rezoning/Pre-Zoning. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper and Maas <br />Chairperson Kumaran and Commissioner Sullivan <br />None <br />Commissioners Kameny and Roberts <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommendations will be forwarded to the City Council. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted that three of the Commissioners attended the ABAG General Assembly in <br />San Francisco. He provided the Commission with a copy of what was presented and discussed by the <br />Bay Area Alliance for Sustainable Development and suggested that Pleasanton have a similar <br />discussion, including housing supply, transportation, wildlife habitat, open space, neighborhood <br />integrity, education, resource use, and local government financing. <br /> <br />8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br /> <br />a. Future Planning Calendar <br /> <br />The Commission noted they would be in favor of agendizing review of the San Francisco Bemal <br />Property project at the June 9 and June 23, 1999, Planning Commission meetings. Commissioner <br />Kumaran requested that staff inquire of the City Council if there is interest in meeting with the Planning <br />Commission at the joint meeting scheduled for May 17, 1999. <br /> <br />b.
