_ PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED Commissioner Kameny spoke in support of the project being approved. Commissioner Sullivan expressed support with the design of the project and 24-inch trees being utilized. He noted his only concern was with the parking overflowing into the adjacent neighborhood; however, due to the easement for use of the neighboring parking lot, vehicles would utilize those areas. He noted he would support approval of the application. Commissioner Cooper expressed his support with the design of the building. A motion was made by Commissioner Kameny, seconded by Commissioner Sullivan, finding that the project would not have a significant effect on the environment and adopting a resolution approving the attached draft Negative Declaration. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: Commissioners Cooper, Kameny and Sullivan None Chairperson Kumaran and Commissioners Maas and Roberts None A motion was made by Commissioner Kameny, seconded by Commissioner Sullivan, finding that the project has a de minimis impact on the site's wildlife. A motion was made by Commissioner Kameny, seconded by Commissioner Sullivan, making the conditional use permit findings as listed in the staff report.
