_ PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny spoke in support of the project being approved. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan expressed support with the design of the project and 24-inch trees being utilized. <br />He noted his only concern was with the parking overflowing into the adjacent neighborhood; however, <br />due to the easement for use of the neighboring parking lot, vehicles would utilize those areas.
