Commissioner Sullivan requested that the following sentence be added to the end of the first full paragraph on page 5: "He would like a copy of the study to review with the staff report, not just the conclusions from staff." Commissioner Sullivan also requested that the following sentence be added to the end of the second paragraph under "Matters Initiated by Commission Members" on page 8: "Commissioner Sullivan was concerned about maintaining the integrity of the process." Commissioner Sullivan further requested the following amendments to the fifth paragraph under "Matters Initiated by Commission Members" on page 8: · "Commissioner Sullivan inititated discussion relating to tkeC:~ty Cc'cm:!!'g Tom Gill's comments...." · "Co mm~ss~oner Sulhvan requested that staff provide suggestions to address ~ options to update the General Plan including issues relating to traffic !m~azts, water sew r'm~azt~ !m~azt: ' ~11,,*i^~ ' ' e 2. v o, school ~v , and mr v .... ~. He suggested that the Council may want to discuss this as well." Chairperson Kumaran requested that page 4 be amended to include the Alternative numbers prior to each section of the Minutes where these Alternatives are discussed. Chairperson Kumaran requested that the fifth paragraph on page 4 be amended to read as follows: "Chairperson Kumaran noted the Happy Valley Specific Plan PUD designations, and stated he would not be in favor of increasing the size of lots and would no.~t be in favor of Alternative No. 4." Chairperson Kumaran requested that the second full paragraph on page 6 be amended to read as follows: "...utilizing only 34 ~ additional homes on the property ::SXh a mvx:Lmmm ~mcx::t af to maximize open space .... He expressed minor concern with ~ the size of lots by the driving range." Chairperson Kumaran requested that the third full paragraph on page 6 be amended to read as follows: "...and would also concur with staff's recommendations ....... this project should be a model for future development for similar land use and infrastructure issues." Chairperson Kumaran requested that the motion on Page 6 include the following modification to Exhibit B: "and adding conditions that: (D Lots 27 throueh 30 and 33A be restricted to sim, le-stoI3, homes: (2) all accessory structures...." On order of the Chairperson, the Minutes of March 10, 1999, were approved as amended. February 17, 1999 Minutes Commissioner Roberts requested that the fourth full paragraph on page 3 be amended to read as follows: "Mary Roberts, 1666 Vineyard Avenue,...Specific Plan being completed within two years as pres.~._cribed On order of the Chairperson, the Minutes of February 17, 1999 were approved as amended.
