APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 17, 1999 and MARCH 10, 1999 <br /> <br />March 10, 1999 Minutes: <br /> <br />Commissioners Roberts and Maas requested that the motion on page 10 be amended to include the "Val <br />Vista Park Master Plan" in the list of high-priority projects as defined by the Commission. <br /> <br />Commissioner Maas requested that the following sentence be added after the vote on the City Unfunded <br />Capital Improvement Projects on page 10: "Commissioner Maas statedthat eventhough she agreed <br />with her fellow Commissioners regarding mitigation for school traffic, she voted 'no' on the motion <br />because she is in more in favor of seeing a specific amount of money before any funding is <br />appropriated." <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES Page I March 23, 1999 <br /> <br /> <br />
