Mr. Chapman expressed his desire to be provided with a tape <br />of tonight's Conmaission proceedings and was informed by staff that a tape should be requested through <br />the City Clerk's office. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Chairperson Kumaran noted the growth management information was supplied by staff at the request of <br />Commissioner Roberts. Mr. Iserson provided an overview of the report. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan initiated discussion relating to the denial of the Braddock and Logan <br />Development and discussion that ensued between the staff and applicant that might have changed the <br />recommendations to the City Council. Ms. Acosta provided an overview of the appeals process. <br />Commissioner Sullivan was concerned about maintaining the integrity of the process. <br /> <br />Commissioner Maas inquired as to the Downtown Specific Plan process. Mr. Iserson noted that the <br />Downtown Specific Plan process will be started the week of March 13, 1999 to solicit member for the <br />Specific Plan Committee. <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper initiated discussion relating to the Eastside Specific Plan process.
