PUBLIC HEARING WAS REOPENED Mr. Costanzo advised that the State reviewed the protocol and that certified labs conducted the quality tests. He further advised that all safety mechanisms are built into the procedures. He stated tlmt it would not be a problem to include the documentation as requested by the Commi~ion. Chairperson Sullivan reinterated that he would like ail of the protocols, procedures, and data to be part of the packet, and that a peer reviewer look at the doctunentation to make sure the al~oropriate data is included. Mr. Grubsfick advised that the City received a letter from the peer reviewer stating that he had reviewed the protocols approved by the State and that they were appropriate. Discussion ensued regarding the appropriate documentation to be compiled for inclusion in the file that will be maintained for public review.
