Chairperson Roberts noted that in the discussion related to roof heights on page 11, the Commission agreed that there did not need to be a limitation of 30 feet for the building heights and that there should be a variation of beights. Mr. Gerry Brunken, 1753 Pasco Del Cajon, requested that on page 2 of the minutes the reference to the "Bernal Property Specific Plan" be amended to the "GHC Specific Plan" to indicate the Greenbriar proposal rather than the earlier San Francisco plan. The minutes of the August 2 meeting were approved as amended. Chairperson Roberts noted that prior to opening the meeting for the audience to address the Commission, she would like the Commission to address Item 4. 4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA Chairperson Roberts stated that she would like to hear Items 6.c. and 6.d. (the Nextel and Sprint ~pplic~tions) before the Bernal Avenue project to allow the Commission to spend as much time as possible on the Bernal Project, noting that there were a number of people who had attended several previous meetings for this hearing, but the items had been continued. The Commission agreed to this. It was noted that Item 6.a., PUD-81-30-81D-1M, Ruggeri-$ensen-Azar & Associates was referred to the Zoning Administrator for resolution and has been removed fi'om the agenda. Item 6.b., PUD-81-28-4M, Mitch Pereira, was continued to the August 23 meeting. He commented on the over- crowded situation for youth baseball at the Pleasanton sports park. He noted that the need for additional soccer fields has been addressed, but with the addition of the Pony Baseball Program there are issues with baseball field allocations and overuse of the fields. He asked that consideration be given to providing lighted, dedicated fields for baseball in an area that would not impact residences and would allow for more games to be played in the evening.
