Commissioner Arkin expressed concern with building in the hills. Chairperson Roberts noted <br />this lot is probably unbuildable. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted that this property is outside the urban growth boundary and <br />requestext that the whipsnake habitat issues be addressed in a report. He further expressed <br />concern with the elevation of the home, the visibility of the home, and the screening provided for <br />the home. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny noted that the applicant, engineer, and staff should provide a cooperative <br />effort to design a plan that meets the "spirit" of the proposed guidelines.
