She stated that the landscaping which hides the cuts and <br />slopes at the Gray Fox subdivision is aesthetically pleasing. <br /> <br />Commissioner Arkin noted he met with the applicant and discussed the berms and modulation of <br />the ben'ns. He spoke in favor of the homes being articulated all the way around, utilizing <br />additional stone on homes, and with the number of one-story homes in project. He commended <br />the applicant for the cooperative effort provided on this project and noted he would vote in favor <br />of the project. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan commended the applicant for addressing the Commission's concerns. <br />He noted he concun~d with staff's recommendation for the fiat-pad grading. He noted a berm <br />from Lots M-2 and M-3 around to M-4 would be helpful. He suggested there be an amendment <br />to the motion that Lots L-3, L4, M-2 and M-7 be reviewed by the Commissioner for grading and <br />design review. Commissioner Ma~q concurs with the amendment. In eunelusion, Commissioner <br />Sullivan noel he would vote in support of approving project.
