REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Plucker requested that Item 6.a., PUD-99-03, and Item 6.c., PRZ-01, be continued to the <br />April 12 meeting. <br /> <br />5. MATTERS CONTIblUED FOR DECISION <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts asked for a clarification as to the scheduling of PUD-99-03 (Kolb), which <br />was continued as a result of the Commission's tie vote at the March 8 meeting. Mr. Plucker <br />noted that this item was continued to the April 12 meeting when the full Commission will be <br />present. <br /> <br />6. I~UI~LIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />rU1)-99-03. William Kolb. Donna Miller. and Gene ~md Carol Strom <br />Application for PUD pre-zoning and PUD development plan approval for a residential <br />subdivision consisting of 12 new single-family lots and two existing single-family homes, <br />open space, and public park uses, and public s~reet and infrasm~cture improvements <br />located on approximately 55.4 acres; and designating an approximately 5.22-acre area for <br />a future senior care facility. The overall project site is unincorporated and is located at <br />11393 Dublin Canyon Road. The Planning Commission will also consider the negative <br />declaration prepared for the project. <br /> <br />This item was continued to the April 12, 2000 meeting. <br /> <br />Teot~t~ve Tract Ma~} 7143. Summerhill Homes <br />Application for tentative map approval to subdivide an approximately 15.2-acre site into <br />36 single-family lots (31 market-rate and five affordable homes), with one remainder <br />parcel and a common area neighborhood park locatext at 1015 and 1027 Rose Avenue. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD-MDR (Planned Unit Development - Medium Density <br />Rcsidentiai) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Plucker presenWxt the staff report, providing background on the project, an overview of the <br />lotting alternatives for the affordable units, and information regarding the house designs and <br />development standards. He noted that the Planning Commission is being asked to make a <br />recommendation to the City Council on the maintenance rate that should be charged to the <br />affordable units and the waiver of the affordable housing fees for the project.
