ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioner Absent: <br /> <br />Crreg Plucker, Senior Planner, Planning Departmem; <br />Renee Perko, Deputy City Attomey; Phil G-rubstick, <br />Assistant Director of Public Works; Steven Bocian, Deputy <br />City Manager; and Katherine Ferreira, Recording <br />Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Brian Arkin, Trish Maas, Matt Sullivan, <br />and Mary Roberts <br /> <br />Covamissioner Harvey Kameny <br /> <br />2. +APPROVAL OF MINUTES - March 8, 2000 <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan requested that the first paragraph on page 7 be amended by changing the <br />word "fallen" to "leaning." <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts noted that the Planning Commission minutes attached to the City Council <br />report for the Kaiser project did not reflect the corrections made by the Commission. Staff <br />advised that sometimes the Council staff reports are prepared prior to the minutes being <br />corrected and approved by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />The March 8, 2000, Planning Commission minutes were approved, as amended. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES March 22, 2000 Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
