Center DeveloDment A2reement <br />Application of the Stoneridge Regional Shopping Center (The Taubman Company) to <br />extend for one additional year (to December 31, 2000) the time for the City Council to <br />either confirm or revoke the approval of an additional 202,000 square feet of commercial <br />space. This will allow the W. Las Positas study committee additional time to complete <br />its review prior to the City Council's determination on the mall expansion. <br /> <br />r- <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted he would be abstaining from participating in Item No. 6C, due to <br />his previous participation on the West Las Positas Community Advisory Task Force. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift referenced a staffreport dated February 9, 2000, and highlighted key areas contained <br />in the report including background information and the proposed project.
