COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION <br /> <br />Goal: <br /> <br />Provide a living model of resource communication to youth and families. <br /> <br />Objective: <br /> <br />· Develop a comprehensive resource directory. <br /> <br />Note: Establishing the means of communicating to our community the progress toward <br />implementation of the plan, the process of how they may participate and the outcomes and <br />lists of resources developed is essential to the successful accomplishment of the Youth Master <br />Plan.
