The following typical sections shall be revised as follows: (Roadway section <br /> designations refer to those typical sections included in the approved PUD plans.) <br /> <br />a. The typical "overbuild" shown on the rear lot slopes shall be increased to <br />a 2-foot minimum. <br /> <br />b. Section "E-E" Alley: There shall be a 6-inch wide flush concrete curb <br />along the back of pavement, separating the pavement from the landscaped areas. <br />The curb shall extend to the bottom oftbe pavement structural section unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />c. "A" Street, between Bernal Avenue and "B" Street (Section D-D): Shall <br />be changed to section L-L. At the intersection (Sheet 7), bike lanes shall be <br />added. <br /> <br />d. Street Section L-L: PSE Public service easement shall be 8-feet wide on <br />both sides of the street. <br /> <br />e. Street "B" between Street "A" and Valley Avenue: Shall be changed to <br />section L-L, except at the CalTrans undercrossing where the section shall be as <br />follows: A 2-foot separation from north abutment, a 12-foot pedestrian/cart path, <br />a 2-foot separation to face of curb, a 5- foot bike lane, two 12-foot travel lanes, a <br />5-foot bike lane and a 4-foot separation from face of curb to the south abutment. <br />The street width shall transition on both sides of the Caltrans undercrossing, to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />f. Street "W," along the open space, shall be section D-D. The design of the <br />northern end of Street "W" at Bemal Avenue shall match section A-A, except the <br />inbound and out bound lanes shall have a 6-foot bike lane, unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. The exit lane shall be signed for right turn only. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />The radius of the curb returns for the alleys shall be designed to accommodate a <br />39.15 foot turning radius for a 20.42 foot wheelbase track to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer and Fire Marshall to allow a Fire apparatus turning. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />The maintenance responsibilities of the private storm drain system in the private <br />alleys shall be clearly defined and disclosed in the CC&R's for that product type. <br />The City Attorney shall approve the language of the disclosure notice in the <br />CC&R's prior to final map approval. <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />All streets and alleys without parking lanes shall be posted for no parking, <br />including Street "X" between Valley Avenue and the first alley offof Valley <br />Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />
