Should an agency permit be required for <br />the sanitary sewer pump station road and turnaround, the developer shall not be <br />required to install this mad if the City does not obtain the necessary permits. <br /> <br />The water and gravity sanitary sewer mains shall be public and maintained by the <br />City. There shall be a two-way cleanout on the sanitary sewer lateral serving each <br />property located at the back of the PSE. <br /> <br />All existing CMP pipe that is being impacted by the development, as determined <br />by the City Engineer, shall replaced with RCP. <br /> <br />The existing storm drain pipe and inlets located on the south side of Bemal <br />Avenue between the 1-680 south bound off-ramp and the new bridge at the <br />Arroyo de la Laguna shall be remuted to Street A when feasible. The piping and <br />inlets between the bridge and Street A shall be removed. <br /> <br />Irrigation services shall be installed to all landscaped medians and traffic circles <br />pursuant to the requirements of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The applicant shall be responsible for the reasonable cost, as determined by the <br />City Engineer, of the City's peer review of the water study prepared for the <br />project. <br /> <br />The developer shall coordinate with the City's hydrologist to determine the final <br />design and maintenance parameters of the detention ponds to the satisfaction of <br />the Planning Director and City Engineer. <br /> <br />As part of the BMP plan submittal to the Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br />a long-term maintenance plan shall be developed and submitted. This <br />maintenance plan shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer prior to its <br />incorporation in the RWQCB submittal. <br /> <br />The applicant shall abandon or remove the existing 30/16-inch San <br />Francisco/Casflewood Water Main to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. The <br />City Engineer shall approve the final alignment oftbe replacement Castlewood <br />Water Main, including clearances to City utilities. As a part of the agreement with <br />San Francisco Water Department to relocate their water main, the applicant shall <br />have the San Francisco Water Depadment enter into a license agreement with the <br />City of Pleasanton for maintenance of their pipeline. <br /> <br />The existing 1 O-foot (plus)-wide sidewalk on the north side of Case Avenue shall <br />be extended through the curb return on Valley Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />
