13. If possible, all parking spaces, drive aisles, loading and unloading areas, <br /> handicap access pathways, and emergency vehicle mm around areas are <br /> required to be paved to the satisfaction of the Planning Director and the Fire <br /> Marshall. <br /> <br />14. Wheel stops are required at all parking spaces, unless the spaces are fronted by <br /> concrete curbs, in which case sufficient areas shall be provided beyond the <br /> ends of all parking spaces to accommodate the overhang of all vehicles. <br /> <br />15. Other than customers' vehicles, all company, employee, and delivet2t vehicles <br /> and trailers shall be parked/stored behind the front fence and gate. <br /> <br />16. All loading and unloading of supplies shall occur behind the existing heritage <br /> oak tree. At no time shall any delivery vehicles be parked or stored within the <br /> Stanley Boulevard right-of-way. <br /> <br />17. Materials stored on site shall not at any time block drive aisles or obstruct <br /> emergency access ways as shown on the approved parking plan. Only vehicles <br /> shall be stored in the parking spaces shown on the approved parking plans. <br /> <br />18. At least five (5) parking spaces for customers only shall be made available at <br /> the front of the site at all times. <br /> <br />Lighting <br /> <br />19. All lighting on the site shall be directed downward and away from the <br /> residences across the street and from adjacent properties such that no glare is <br /> produced which shines onto said properties. All lighting shall be in <br /> compliance with Chapter 20.36, Security Regulations, of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Trash trod Recycling Containers <br /> <br />20. Recycling containers on site shall not exceed 6'-0" in height as measured from <br /> grade to the peak of each container. <br /> <br />21. All fencing material to be recycled shall be sent to Pleasanton Garbage, unless <br /> the applicant enters into a contract with another recycling company which pays <br /> the applicant a fee for all recycled materials collected. <br /> <br />22. All trash and refuse containers shall be covered and shall be contained <br /> completely within an enclosure architecturally compatible with the main <br /> structure.
