i. install the trash enclosure as shown on the approved final trash <br /> enclosure plan; <br />j. install all landscaping and irrigation as shown on the approved <br /> final landscaping and irrigation plans; and <br />k. install mulch around the oak tree and prune the oak tree and <br /> loquat tree as recommended in HortScience's tree reports for the <br /> site dated July 23, 1998 and September 29, 1998. <br /> <br />6. A public showroom for fencing materials shall be provided in the main <br /> building. The showroom shall be staffed and open to the public during all <br /> business hours. Sample fencing materials and designs shall be located in the <br /> showroom. Retail sales of all fencing materials and supplies displayed shall be <br /> available to the public. Recycled fence materials shall be sold at retail to the <br /> public. <br /> <br />All outdoor storage materials and debris (including wood pallets, cement, <br />lumber, etc.) shall be stacked and located such that they are not greater than 6'- <br />0" in height (as measured fi.om grade to the peak of the materials and debris) <br />and such that they are not visible fi.om 3988 and 3780 Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br />8. No items shall be stored on the fi.ont or back porch of the existing main <br /> building at any time. <br /> <br />With the exception of the area where the future Del Valle Parkway alignment <br />is shown on Exhibit "A", the applicant shall replace the existing chain link <br />fence (with redwood slats) with a new fence. The new fence shall be made of <br />redwood and shall be a total of seven (7) feet in height (six feet solid with one <br />foot of lattice). The design of the fence is subject to the review and approval <br />of the Planning Director and the Building Director prior to installation. A <br />building permit for the fence shall be required. <br /> <br />lO. The hours of operation of the said use shall be 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. seven (7) <br /> days a week. <br /> <br />11. All track deliveries shall be between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Parking Areas and Drive Aisles <br /> <br />12.
