be paved, all wheel stops, and striping and which adheres to the <br /> approved conditions of approval for this case; <br />i. submit a final landscaping and irrigation plan to the Planning <br /> Department which adheres to the approved conditions of <br /> approval for this case; <br />j. submit a final perimeter fencing plan to the Planning Department <br /> and Building Department (including elevation and structural <br /> drawings for the fence) which adheres to the approved conditions <br /> of approval for this case; and <br />k. submit a final trash enclosure plan to the Planning Deparu~ent <br /> and Building Department which adheres to the conditions of <br /> approval for this case. <br /> <br />All plans required to be submitted to the Planning Department are subject to <br />the review and approval of the Planning Director. All plans required to be <br />submitted to the Building Department are subject to the review and approval of <br />the Director of Building Inspection and the Planning Director. All plans <br />required to be submitted to the Fire Department are subject to the review and <br />approval of the Fire Marshall. <br /> <br />5. Within six (6) months from the effective date of approval of this case, the <br /> applicant shall: <br /> <br />a. install all approved asphalt paving, parking lot striping, and <br /> wheel stops as shown on the approved f'mal parking plan; <br />b. install all handicap parking signage as required by the Building <br /> Department; <br />c. repair the broken lattice and redwood slats on the existing fences <br /> and gates which are to remain; <br />d. install a knox box on the main gate, to the satisfaction of the Fire <br /> Department; <br />e. install a remote control mechanism to permit emergency <br /> activation from the communications console at the Police <br /> Department, to the satisfaction of the Police Departttlent; <br />f. enter into an agreement with the City, approved by the City <br /> Attorney, which guarantees that all landscaping and open spaces <br /> areas in the project will be maintained at all times in a manner <br /> consistent with the approved landscape plan for this <br /> development; <br />g. install all perimeter fencing as shown on the approved f'mal <br /> fencing plan; <br />h. install the protection fence around the heritage tree, as shown on <br /> Exhibit "A"; <br /> <br /> Page 2 <br />PCUP-15/PDR-96 <br /> <br /> <br />
