Landscape screens shall include shrubbery of a species and planting density to <br />establish a complete screen within one year from the date of planting. Weather <br />protection devices such as measures to protect pipes from freezing shall require <br />approval by the Planning Director prior to use; at no time shall fabric or other <br />material not designed and/or intended for this purpose be wrapped around or <br />otherwise placed on these devices. All backflow prevention devices shall be <br />shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits together with <br />screening mechanism and/or weather protection devices. Proposed screening <br />and weather protection devices shall be reviewed for conformity to these <br />requirements and approved by the Planning Director prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />39. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used <br /> as living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall <br /> be removed from the site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />40. Separate design review and/or conditional use permit approval for any <br /> proposed new buildings and for modifications to the use or layout of the site is <br /> required prior to any construction or modifications. <br /> <br />41. The property owner shall obtain all applicable City permits and approvals for <br /> the project prior to the commencement of any construction. <br /> <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />42. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours <br /> of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. No construction shall be <br /> permitted on Federal holidays. All construction equipment must meet DMV <br /> noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />43. The development shall meet at all times all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire <br /> Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />ENGINEERING <br /> <br />44. Prior to the issuance of a building or on-site permit, the property owner shall <br /> provide an open offer of dedication to the City for street right-of-way purposes <br /> the portion of land intended to be the Del Valle Parkway extension. <br /> <br />45. The property owner shall remove all tangible objects (including but not limited <br /> to fencing materials, storage containers, bunkers, etc.) out the public fight-of- <br /> <br /> Page 7 <br />PCUP-I $/PDR-96 <br /> <br /> <br />
