Resolution No. PC-00-61 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />Shade trees and groundcover located along the parking area's westerly side <br />opposite the St. John Court townhouse development. The types and spacing <br />for these tress shall be worked out with input from this development's <br />owners association. <br /> <br />Groundcover and shrubs located along the parking area's northerly side <br />adjoining the Arroyo Del Valle. <br /> <br />c. Cu'oundcover located along the easterly side of the parking area. <br /> <br />Crroundcover and espaliers located along the southerly side of the parking <br />area and along the westerly side of the driveway. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Mitigation measures for tree removal would include planting one (1) twenty-four <br />inch (24") box-size tree for a non-heritage tree and four (4) twenty-four inch (24") <br />box-size trees for a heritage tree. All other trees used in landscaping shall be a <br />minimum of fifteen (15) gallons in size and all shrubs shall be a minimum of five <br />(5) gallons in size. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />Six inch (6") vertical concrete curbs shall be installed between all paved and <br />landscaped area. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />The project developer shall provide root control barriers and four inch (4") <br />perforated pipes for parking lot trees, street trees, and trees in planting areas less <br />than ten feet (10'0") in width, as determined necessary by the Planning Director at <br />the time of review of the final landscape plans. <br /> <br />Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />All site improvements activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 <br />p.m., Monday through Friday. All construction equipment must meet Department <br />of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling <br />devices. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as <br />living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be <br />removed from the site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />20. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from <br />existing residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent <br />odor. <br /> <br /> <br />
