8) <br /> <br />9) <br /> <br />lO) <br /> <br />Upon initial development, these parcels shall.allow, wholly or mixed within a <br />single parcel, those uses either permitted or conditionally permitted in the R-1 <br />District (Sections 18.32.030 to 18.32.050) of the Pleusanton Municipal Code <br />(PMC)) and the R-M District (Sections 18.36.030 to 18.36.050 of the PMC). In <br />addition, the following shall be conditionally allowed uses: <br /> <br />i) churches; <br /> <br />ii) quasi-public and institutional uses; <br /> <br />iii) <br />iv) <br /> <br />assisted living facil~ies/congregatecarefacilities;and <br />day care facilities. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Following initial development, residential developments which are single-family <br />detached or duet in character shall allow those uses of the R-1 District; residential <br />uses which are apa~h~ent in character shall allow those uses of the R-M District. <br />Based on this development plan, Parcels 2, 11, and 19 shall be 11.-1 District uses, <br />and Parcel 10 shall be R-M District uses. In the event Parcels 1 or 12 are <br />developed pursuant to Condition 12, they shall be R-1 District uses. <br /> <br />Allowable Uses in the Commercial/Office Zone. The permitted and conditionally <br />permitted uses within the Commemial/Office Zone (Parcels 6 and 7) shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Allowable uses shall be those permitted and conditionally permitted uses of the <br />O (Office) District, the I-P (Industrial Park) District, and the C-C (Central <br />Commercial) District. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />In addition, quasi-public and institutional uses, including day care uses, shall be <br />conditionally allowed uses. <br /> <br />AHowable Uses in the Park Zone. The permitted and conditionally permitted uses <br />within the Park Zone (Parcels 3 and 20) shall be those of the "P" (Public) District <br />(Sections 18.56.030 to 18.56.050 of the PMC). <br /> <br />Allowable Uses in the Village Commons Zone. The permitted and conditionally <br />permitted uses within the Village Commons Zone (Parcel 9) shall be as follows: <br /> <br />The allowable uses of the Village Commons Zone shall be those of the <br />'P" (Public) District. <br /> <br />In addition, the Village Commons Zone may be used for special event uses <br />associated with the Commercial/Office Zone development or apartment <br />development when such uses have been established either through a single, master <br />conditional use permit or through case-by-case conditional use permits. <br /> <br />Conditions of Approval Page 6 of 44 August 9, 2000 <br /> <br /> <br />
