proper lane closure procedures; (3) mass grading activities may only occur between <br />7:00 a.m. aad 6:00 p.m. Monday througi~.F~;la~-(4) no grading is to occur between <br />October 15 and April 1 (however, grading can occur throughout the year if weather <br />conditions permit and appropriate erosion control/storm water quality measures are in <br />place); and (5) individual parcel grading operations are to be subject to conditions that <br />may be established at the time of final approval of a Residential Development permit <br />for the parcel. <br /> <br /> d. PUD Condition requires preparation of a construction Best <br />Management Practices program prior to each construction stage of the Project. The <br />program is to address all phases of construction, including site clean-up and control of <br />cons~'uction debris. Measures that will help control dust include: (1) gathering all <br />construction debris on a regular basis and placing it in a container that is emptied or <br />removed weekly; (2) laying tarps on the ground to collect fallen debris or splatters that <br />could contribute to storm water runoffpollution; (3) removing dirt, gravel, rubbish, <br />refuse and green waste from the street pavement and storm drains adjoining the site; <br />(4) limiting construction access routes onto the site and placing gravel on them if <br />routes are not paved; (5) prohibiting vehicles and equipment from driving offpaved or <br />graveled areas during wet weather, sweeping street pavement adjoining the project site <br />daily; (6) installing filter materials (sandbags, filter fabric, etc.) at the storm drain inlet <br />nearest the downstream side of the project site to retain any debris or dirt flowing in <br />the s~orm drain system; (7) creating a contained and covered area on the site for the <br />storage of bags, cement, paints, oils, fertilizers, pesticides, or other materials used on <br />the site that have the potential of being discharged into the storm drain system through <br />being windblown or in the event ora material spill; (8) never cleaning machinery, <br />equipment, tools, brushes, or rinse containers near a street, gutter, or storm drain, and <br />(9) ensuring concrete/gunite supply trucks or concrete/plaster operations will not <br />discharge wash water into the street, gutters, or storm drains. <br /> <br />{continued on next page} <br /> <br />5O <br /> <br /> <br />
