a. Site investigations and reviews of soil and ground water test results indicate <br />no sabstantial evidence of significant hazardous waste contamination at the site. <br />Coatpliance with existing Federal and State regulations, and with the policies and <br />proSrams set forth in the Pleasanton Oenea'al Plan, will minimize the risk of future <br />conlamination resulting from land use activities on the site. The Findings under <br />Impact C4 are incorporated by reference. <br /> b. A golf course is not proposed as part of the Greenbriar Project, Phase I.. If <br />a golf course is considered'as a possible use in Phase II for the currently unplanned <br />futore public space, further environmental review will occur at that time. <br /> <br /> O. Material transfer requirements of the grading program result in <br /> potential impacts on traffic, roads, and air quality during construction. <br /> <br />Measure Q2a. Prior to the issuance of any building, grading, or demolition permit, the <br />applicant shall prepare for approval by the City ofPleasanton a Construction Phasing <br />and Management Plan. (Same as Measure J8.) <br />Measure Q2b. In the specific plan and as a condition of approval for development, <br />require dust control during all phases of construction.
