The EIR acoustical engineers have determined that these walls will work in conjunction with building construction techniques to provide satisfactory peak noise levels inside key living areas of adjoining residences. b. PUD Condition requires interior noise standards to be met for maximum instantaneous noise levels due to train pass-by events.
