Construction practices are available which can achieve the 45 dB Ldn <br />interior standard for commercial office buildings in the noisiest areas of the site: <br /> <br /> b. The PUD requires that interior noise levels in commercial and office <br />slxuctures shall not exceed 45 dB Ldn. The commercial PUD development plans must <br />show how this policy will be met, using site design and construction practices. <br /> <br />2. ~. Some portions of the proposed golf course would be exposed to noise <br />levels in excess ofa Ldn of 65 dB. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />F~din~: Changes or alterations have been required, or incorporated into, the Project <br />which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental effect identified in <br />the Final EIR to a less than significant level. <br /> <br />Facts in Sunnort of Finding: The impact will be avoided or reduced based on the <br />folklwing: <br /> <br /> a. The golf course has been eliminated from the G-reenbriar Project, Phase I, so <br />these noise impacts will not occur. If, during the consideration ofusos for Phase II, a <br />golf course is considered for the currently unplanned future public space, additional <br />environmental review will occur at that time~ <br /> <br />3. Impact L3b.
