Findinm Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the <br />project which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental effect <br />identified in the Final EIR to a less t~n significant level. <br /> <br />F~ct~ in Smmort of Finding: The impact will be avoided or reduced based on the <br />following: <br /> <br /> a. This impact is similar to impact J7a and the findings thereunder are <br />incorporated by reference. <br /> <br /> b. PUD Condition __ incorporates Mitigation Measures J7d(l), (2), limiting <br />pedestrian use to one side of Bemal Avenue and by including demand activated <br />crossings so that pedestrians and bicyclists can cross this intersection safely. <br /> <br />18. In~ act $8, Construction-related vehicles may impede normal traffic movements <br />and damage existing roads. <br /> <br />Me~ure J8. Street damage attributable to construction vehicles will be charged to the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />19. lmrmct 39. Project traffic would contribute to cumulative traffic growth on the <br />road network and freeway ramps in the vicinity of the project site. <br /> <br />Measure J9a. Require the project sponsor to make a fair share contribution to the City <br />road network in the vicinity of the project to its ultimate design by payment of City <br />traffic impact fees. <br /> <br />32 <br /> <br /> <br />
