PUD Condition requires that in order to <br />discourage fairgrounds parking in the Project site, parking in areas that would be likely <br />to serve as overflow parking for the fairgrounds should be designed to minimize the <br />opportunity for such use and be signed to prohibit fairgrounds parking. City <br />enforcement procedures will be available for these signed areas. <br /> <br />14. ~. Traffic associated with site development may cause increased <br />vehicular conflicts with bicycle and pedestrian traffic on existing and planned bike <br />lanes in the vicinity of the project site. <br /> <br />Measure J7a(1).
