With the commensurate reduction in traffic volume <br />generated l~y Phase I, residential units will not have direct driveway access onto streets <br />with traffic volumes greater than 3,000 vehicles per day. If further study of such <br />streets during the consideration of Phase II uses results in such impact, the mitigation <br />measures in JSc will be considered in conjunction with further environmental review <br />of Phase II. <br /> <br />6. Imt~ct J4c. Traffic levels would exceed residential street capacity on <br />neighborhood streets in the East Parcel. <br /> <br />Measure J4c.
