PUD
Condition __ requires the Property Owner to dedicate a site in the Central Parcel,
adjacent to Bernal Avenue, near the Village Commons, for a new fire station.

b. The City of Pleasanton intends to relocate Fire Station #1 to the Bernal
Property as soon as the move is feasible. Thc City
will establish alternative means of providing fire service in accordance with City
policy should the new station not be operational before development occurs outside the
five-minute response time area. Thus, Mitigati°n Measure Gla will reduce Impact
Gl. The timing for construction of the new fire station is at the City's discretion

c. Residences that cannot be served within a satisfactory response time from
the new fire station site to be equipped with automatic sprinkler systems.

f. All construction onthe Project site must comply with Uniform Fire Code and
City Fire Code requirements.

2. ~. Cumulative increase in demand for fire protection services, leading to
incr~Se in the area exposed to emergency response times exceeding five minutes.

Measure G2a.
