Resolution No. PC-2000-45 <br />P~ge 2 <br /> <br />being undertaken; and (c) no new information of substantial importance has become <br />available which was not known and could not have been known at the time the Final <br />EIR was certified; and <br /> <br />the Planning Commission has carefully reviewed and considered all of the <br />information presented at the public hearings by the applicant and by staff with <br />regard to the Preject, and finds that the environmental review has identified all <br />significant environmental effects; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has balanced the benefits of the Project against its <br /> unavoidable environmental risks as set forth in the final EIR. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends adoption of the attached CEQA findings (Exhibit A) and the <br />statement of overriding considerations (Exhibit A) prepared for the Bemal Property <br />Specific Plan and prezoning, annexation, PUD Plans, Prearmexation Development <br />Agreement, Growth Management Agreement, Affordable Housing Agreement, and <br />the related matters. <br /> <br />S~ction 2.
