A temporary drip irrigation system shall be installed to assist in establishing trees planted on the channel bank west of the subject property. The irrigation system shall remain in place for a minimum ora 2-3 year period after which it shall be removed as determined by the City's Landscape Architect. The applicant shall obtain the appropriate Zone 7 permits prior to construction or planting activities in the Zone 7 right-of-way. If the applicant intends to use the Zone 7 maintenance road east of the flood control channel (Line G-1-1) for recreation, then a modification of the existing Joint Use Agreement shall be prepared and adopted by the Pleasanton City Council and Zone 7 Board of Directors. Any wells existing on the subject properties shall be recorded at Zone 7. All unused or "abandoned" wells must be properly destroyed, or a signed "statement of future use" must be filed at Zone 7 if the well is intended for future use. Any planned new well, soil boring or well destruction shall be permitted by Zone 7 before commencing. Storage and maintenance of equipment for bridge construction shall be conducted at upland locations that are not adjacent to the flood control channel. No signage is approved as part of this application. Any signage shall be submitted to the Planning Depaxtment for review and approval. A minimunl of one family restroom shall be provided at each of the public bathroom facilities on the site. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the design of the bathroom shall be approved by the Planning Director. Sporting events that require more parking than provided on site as determined by the Director of Parks and Recreation shall not be permitted unless an alternative parking plan is arranged to the satisfaction of the Director of Parks and Recreation. All full-sized parking spaces shall be a minimum of 19' x 9' in size and compact parking spaces shall be a minimum of S'x 16' in size. Reductions in parking space length up to a maximum of 2' shall be allowed so long as adequate vehicle overhang is provided in from of each reduced-size parking space, as determined by the Zoning Administrator. Each compact car space shall be marked clearly with bold lettering no less than 8" in height "Compact Car Only". The dimensions oftbe parking stalls shall be clearly shown on the plans submitted for Building Department plan check.
