The irrigation system shall remain in <br />place for a minimum ora 2-3 year period after which it shall be removed as determined by <br />the City's Landscape Architect. <br /> <br />The applicant shall obtain the appropriate Zone 7 permits prior to construction or planting <br />activities in the Zone 7 right-of-way. <br /> <br />If the applicant intends to use the Zone 7 maintenance road east of the flood control <br />channel (Line G-1-1) for recreation, then a modification of the existing Joint Use <br />Agreement shall be prepared and adopted by the Pleasanton City Council and Zone 7 Board <br />of Directors. <br /> <br />Any wells existing on the subject properties shall be recorded at Zone 7. All unused or <br />"abandoned" wells must be properly destroyed, or a signed "statement of future use" must <br />be filed at Zone 7 if the well is intended for future use. Any planned new well, soil boring <br />or well destruction shall be permitted by Zone 7 before commencing. <br /> <br />Storage and maintenance of equipment for bridge construction shall be conducted at upland <br />locations that are not adjacent to the flood control channel. <br /> <br />No signage is approved as part of this application. Any signage shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Depaxtment for review and approval. <br /> <br />A minimunl of one family restroom shall be provided at each of the public bathroom <br />facilities on the site. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the design of the bathroom <br />shall be approved by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />Sporting events that require more parking than provided on site as determined by the <br />Director of Parks and Recreation shall not be permitted unless an alternative parking plan is <br />arranged to the satisfaction of the Director of Parks and Recreation. <br /> <br />All full-sized parking spaces shall be a minimum of 19' x 9' in size and compact parking <br />spaces shall be a minimum of S'x 16' in size. Reductions in parking space length up to a <br />maximum of 2' shall be allowed so long as adequate vehicle overhang is provided in from <br />of each reduced-size parking space, as determined by the Zoning Administrator. Each <br />compact car space shall be marked clearly with bold lettering no less than 8" in height <br />"Compact Car Only". The dimensions oftbe parking stalls shall be clearly shown on the <br />plans submitted for Building Department plan check. <br /> <br /> <br />
