Resolution No. PC-2000-12 <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />25. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />27. <br /> <br />28. <br /> <br />c) top and bottom spot elevations along retaining walls and exterior walls of <br /> the structures; and <br /> <br />d) calculations of total cut, fill, and graded surface area for the structure, <br /> parking, and driveways. <br /> <br />The applicants shall obtain an encroachment permit fxom the Public Works <br />Depmhuent, a building permit, and any other applicable City permits for the <br />project prior to the commencement of any construction. <br /> <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicants shall pay the applicable <br />Zone 7 and City water connection fees and water meter cost, including irrigation <br />meters. Additionally, the applicants shall pay any applicable Dublin-San Ramon <br />Services District (DSRSD) sewer connection fee. <br /> <br />The applicants shall submit 3 full-size sets of construction plans (wet-stamped and <br />signed), 2 sets of the necessary structural and Title 24 calculations, 2 copies ora <br />site specific soils report, and the completed Building Permit Questionnaire to the <br />Building Department, along with the necessary fees, to initiate the City's plan <br />check process. The plan check will be accepted only after the completion of the <br />Design Review procedure's 15-day appeal period, unless the applicants submits a <br />signed statement acknowledging that the plan check fees may be forfeited in the <br />event that the approval is overturned or the design is significantly changed as the <br />result of an appeal. In no case will a building permit be issued prior to the <br />expiration of the 15-day appeal period. <br /> <br />All building and/or structural plans shall comply with all codes and ordinances in <br />effect before the Building Department will issue permits. <br /> <br />The house shall be constructed to meet Title 24 State energy requirements. <br /> <br />The applicants shall include erosion control measures on the final grading plan. <br />The applicants are responsible for ensuring that the contractor is aware of such <br />measures. All cut and fill slopes shall be revegetated and/or stabilized as soon as <br />possible after completion of grading, or by October 15, whichever occurs first. No <br />grading shall occur between October 15 and April 15 unless approved erosion <br />control measures are in place to the satisfaction of the Building Department. Such <br />measures shall be maintained by the owner until such time as permanent <br />landscaping is established. <br /> <br /> <br />
