All exterior lighting shall be submitted for <br />the review and approval by the Planning Director prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />All colors and materials shall be stated on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits. A sample of the gray/brown roof tile shall be submitted for the <br />review and approval of the Planning Director. The La Habra French Gray stucco <br />color shall be slightly darkened 1.Sx. A medium earthtone color for the garage <br />door and window frames shall be submitted for the review and approval of the <br />Planning Director. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />Any excess soil fi.om the site shall be off-hauled fi.om the site and disposed of in a <br />lawful manner. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as <br />living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be <br />removed fi.om the site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />Final inspection by the Planning Department of the structure, grading, and any <br />retaining walls is required prior to occupancy of the house. <br /> <br />All initial site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to <br />the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Construction <br />equipment shall not exceed a noise level of 86 dBA at the property line. <br /> <br />The applicants are responsible for ensuring that no debris or construction scrap <br />material is placed on any adjoining lot, open space area, or street, and that any <br />such material kept on the site shall be completely removed and the site cleaned <br />prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />The applicants shall design a drainage system which directly ties into an approved <br />storm drain system. The final drainage plan shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the City Engineer, Planning Director, and Director of Building <br />Inspection prior to the issuance of any building or grading permits. The final <br />grading and drainage plan shall be designed by a California State licensed Civil <br />Engineer and shall include, but not be limited to, the following information: <br /> <br />a) pad and finished floor elevations; <br /> <br />b) existing and proposed contours; <br /> <br /> <br />
