Resolution No. PC-2000-10 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br /> fire retardant treatment of the shingles shall meet the treatment standards of the 1998 <br /> California Building Code. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The last (southern-most) parking space at the end of each of the eight parking aisles <br />(located on the southwestern part of the site) shall be removed from the plans and <br />replaced with irrigated landscaping. A minimum of one tree, four shrubs, and <br />groundcover shall be provided in place of each parking space to be removed. The <br />plans submitted for Building Department plan check shall reflect this condition of <br />approval. The landscaping location and species shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the Planning Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />A minimum of 4 new trees and 30 new shrubs shall be planted in the existing <br />northern-most landscaping strip. The trees and shrubs shall be clearly shown on <br />landscaping the plans submitted for Building Department plan check. The location <br />and species of the plants are subject to the review and approval of the Planning <br />Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />The northern-most landscaping strip on-site shall be irrigated. Irrigation plans shall be <br />submitted for Building Department plan check. All irrigation is subject to the review <br />and approval of the Planning Department prior to the issuance ora Building permit. <br /> <br />10. The landscaping species proposed around the new administrative building shall be <br /> clearly called out on the landscaping plans submitted for the issuance of a building <br /> permit. The landscaping species and their location is subject to the review and <br /> approval of the Planning Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />11. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall modify its proposed <br /> employee shift schedule such that no new trips (in personal and company vehicles) <br /> shall be made to and from the project site between 7:30 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. and <br /> between 4:45 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. The existing number of trips shall be those listed in <br /> the TJKM Report for the project dated, "Received December 17, 1999". The revised <br /> shift schedule shall be subject to the review and approval of the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />12. All drive aisles shall be a minimum of 25'in width. The drive aisle widths shall be <br /> clearly shown on the plans submitted for Building Department plan check. As <br /> determined by the Fire Marshall, some drive aisles may be required to painted and/or <br /> posted as fire lanes. <br /> <br />13. AIl full-sized parking spaces shall be a minimum of 19' x 9' in size and compact <br /> parking spaces shall be a minimum of 8'x 16' in size. Reductions in parking space <br /> length up to a maximum of 2' shall be allowed so long as adequate vehicle overhang <br /> <br /> <br />
