Resolution No. PC-2000-10 Page 6 is provided in bom of each reduced-size parking space, as determined by the Zoning Administrator. Each compact car space shall be marked clearly with bold lettering no less than 8" in height "Compact Car Only". The dimensions of the parking stalls shall be clearly shown on the plans submitted for Building Department plan check. 14. A total of eight paved pedestrian walkways shall be provided in the parking lot. The walkways shall be located through the landscape strips and placed in such a manner to minimize the number of pedestrians who will walk over the shrubs and ground cover to reach the administrative buildings. The walkways shall be clearly shown on the plans submitted for Building Department plan check. All shrubs shown on Exhibit "A" that must be removed to accommodate a given walkway shall be relocated into the same landscape strip as the walkway. The location and design of the pedestrian walkways and the placement of the shrubs to be relocated is subject to the review and approval of the Planning Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. 15. In the parking lot the fence and gate, generally west of the administrative buildings, shall be black, wrought iron, and no greater than 8 feet in height as measured from grade to peak. An elevation drawing of the gate and fence shall be provided with the Building Department plan check plans. The height, color(s), and materials of the fence and gate shall be clearly stated on the Building Department plan check plans. Barbwire shall not be permitted on the fence and gate. The fence and gate shall be subject to the review and approval of the Planning Department prior to the issuance of a Building permit. 16. The existing red sprinkler equipment installed in the existing front landscaping berm shall be painted forest green (Pantone Color System Number 357). 17. The applicant shall effectively screen from view all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the main structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. 18. All new light standards shall match the existing light standards on site. The applicant shall submit a final lighting plan for the new administrative building and for the site for the review and approval of the Planning Director prior to the issuance of building permits.
