Northern Private Street <br /> The private street shall have a 6" wide flush mounted curb along the <br /> northerly edge of the pavement that shall extend down to the bottom <br /> of the street structural section. <br /> <br />c. Foothill Road <br /> The median island concrete barrier curb shall be 8-inch high <br /> concrete. The edges oftbe median island shall have vapor barrier <br /> installed adjacent to the street structural section. There shall be <br /> subdralns installed in the median. There shall be curb and gutter <br /> installed along the westerly side of the widened roadway." <br /> <br />27. The applicant shall install (overland release) concrete V-ditch between lots #3 and #4 <br /> extending from the catch basin located at the cut-off ditch at the rear of lots #3 and #4 <br /> to the private street. <br /> <br />28. The applicant shall narrow Street "B" (Private Street) to a width of 20 feet curb to <br /> curb along the entire street, with the exception of the area directly north of lot #2 <br /> where two on-street parking spaces shall be provided. In this area (where the on- <br /> street spaces are provided), the width of the street shall be 28 feet curb to curb. No <br /> other on-street parking shall be allowed on this street. The dimensions of the <br /> southern hammerhead shall be as required by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />29. The curb returns shall be revised as follows: In-tract, the face of curb returns shall be <br /> 25-foot minimum radius. Foothill Road, the face of curb returns shall be 40-foot <br /> minimum radius. (The developer's design engineer shall check the radius to insure <br /> the radius allows the safe maneuvering of moving vans etc.) <br /> <br />30. The existing CMP pipe crossing Foothill Road at the southerly side of the <br /> development shall be removed and replaced with RCP pipe. The existing storm drain <br /> maintenance hole on Foothill Road at the intersection with Oak Creek Drive shall be <br /> removed and replaced with a type II maintenance hole. <br /> <br />31. The storm drainage from each lot shall be directed to the street or an approved s*torm <br /> drain system in accordance with Sections 2907Co)(5) and 7012(d) of the 1988 <br /> Uniform Building Code unless otherwise approved by the Building Official and City <br /> Engineer. <br /> <br />32. The applicant shall post with the City prior to approval of final map, an additional <br /> performance bond for all subdivision improvements that are not to be accepted by the <br /> City of Pleasanton. (Private improvements) <br /> <br />33. The water and gravity sanitary sewer mains shall be public and maintained by the <br /> City. There shall be a two-way cleanout on each sanitary sewer lateral located at the <br /> back of the PSE. <br /> <br /> <br />
