Resolution No. PC-2000-23 <br />Page 19 <br /> <br />70. <br /> <br />71. <br /> <br />72. <br /> <br />At the time that the final subdivision map is recorded, the project developer shall <br />pay their pro-rata share of the following: <br /> <br />a. The Presley Homes 770 Water Reservoir/Pump Station agreement; <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />The Presley Homes Dublin Canyon Road improvement reimbursement agreement; <br />and, <br /> <br />Improvements to the Dublin Canyon Road/Foothill Road/Canyon Way intersection <br />per the development agreement with Hines (Wells Fargo). <br /> <br />All utilities required to serve any existing or proposed development on-site shall be <br />installed underground, unless otherwise determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The project developer shall comply with the recommendations of the geoteclmical <br />report, "Preliminary Geotechnical Study, Proposed Twelve Lot Subdivision, 11393 <br />Dublin Canyon Road for Mr. Bill Kolb (Project No. JB-9753)", prepared by <br />Korbmacher Engineering, Inc., Bruno Korbmacher, P.E., dated December 31, <br />1997, and the recommendations contained in the letter from the City's <br />geotechnical peer review consultant, Berlogar Geotechnical Consultants (Raymond <br />P. Skinner, Principal Geologist) to Marion Pavan, dated October 5, 1999. The <br />project developer's geotechnical consultant shall review and approve all <br />foundation, retaining wall, and drainage geotechnical aspects of the final <br />development plans to ensure that the recommendations have been properly <br />incorporated into the development. The consultant shall certify by writing on the <br />plans or as otherwise acceptable to the Director of Building Inspection that the <br />final development plan is in conformance with the geotechnical report approved <br />with the project. <br /> <br />The project developer shall arrange and pay for the geotechnical consultant to <br />inspect and approve all foundation, retaining wall, and drainage geoteclmleal <br />aspects of project construction. The consultant shall be present on site during <br />grading and excavation operations. The results of the inspections and the as-built <br />conditions of the project shall be certified in writing by the geotechnical consultant <br />for conformance to the approved plans and geotechnical report and submitted to <br />the City Engineer and Director of Building Inspection for review and approval <br />prior to occupancy. <br /> <br /> <br />
