Resolution No. 01-063 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff continues to support the existing land use regulations for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: An office building remains an appropriate land use for the site. <br /> <br />Section 2: The building's architecture is referred to the Planning Commission, with input <br /> from the City's peer reviewer architect, for final review. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON JUNE 5, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FOR~I.: /~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
