Only one officer from each watch will be allowed to schedule <br /> annual vacation on the days falling between Thanksgiving and <br /> January 2 <br /> 8. Requests in addition to annual vacation sign -up may be approved at <br /> the discretion of the affected watch commander and Division <br /> Commander. <br /> Effective January 1, 2001 <br /> In order to address staffing needs of the 4/10 -work schedule, the following <br /> modifications to the annual vacation sign -up shall take effect January 1, 2001. <br /> 1. After the patrol lieutenant's annual vacation has been approved, patrol <br /> sergeants may bid for annual vacation. Only one patrol lieutenant or <br /> sergeant shall be scheduled for annual vacation at any time. <br /> 2.
