First Party proposes to initiate special assessment <br /> <br /> proceedings for the copstruction of improvements, i~.Asspssm~n~ <br />?~District 1.969-1, Longview, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br /> <br /> California. <br /> <br /> 2. First Party employs Second Party as Engineer'of <br />Work for the doing 0f all necessary work'and exercising all engir <br />neering functions provided for by the provisions of the Municipal <br />Improvement Act of 1913 in connection with the <br />of improvements, to be made in said district. <br />include the following: <br /> <br />Said construction <br /> <br />Said services shall <br /> <br />Doing of all necessary engineering work and <br />exercising of all engineering functions pro- <br />vided for under the provisions of the Muni- <br />cipal Improvement Act of 1913; <br /> <br />Preparation and furnishing of all surveys, <br />original drawings, maps and blueprints, plans <br />and specifications, preparation of assessment <br />roll, assessment diagram, and any and all other <br />services which may be required under the provi- <br />sions of the said Municipal Improvement Act of <br />1913; <br /> <br />Supervision and direction of all engineering <br />work required to be taken by First ~arty or <br />its officer$~ agents or ~mployees, in connec- <br />tion with said Assessment District 1969-1, <br />Longview. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
