RESOLUTION NO. 69-103 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK AND AUTHOKIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California that MAC KAY & SOMPS, <br />Civil Engineers, be and they are hereby appointed as Engineer <br />of Work for the doing of all necessary engineering work and <br />exercising all of the engineering functions provided for under the <br />provisions of the Municipal Improvement A~t of 1913 in connection <br />with the construction of improvements to be made in proposed <br />Assessment District 1969-1, Longview, CitY of Pleasanton, Ala- <br />meda County, <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that. the employment of the said <br />MAC KAY & SOMPS, Civil Engineers,. shall be as provided in the <br />attached agreement;and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of <br />Pleasanton be authorized to sign, and the City Clerk thereof be <br />authorized to attest that.certain agreement employing the said <br />MAC KAY & SOMPS, Civil Engineers, as Engineer of Work for said <br />Assessment District 1969-1, Longview. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br />the 12th day of May, 1969, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Rega, Reid, Spili0topoulos and Mayo~ Oerton <br /> <br />NOES: Councilmen None <br />ABSENT:Councilmen None <br /> <br />HELEN C.
