Rendition ~f general consultation and advice to <br /> First Party, its officers, agents or employees <br /> with respect to the planning, preparation and <br /> handling of all engineering phases of the afore- <br /> said proceedings; <br /> <br /> e; Attendance at such conferences and public <br /> meetings with First Party as may be reasonably <br /> necessary to perform this contract of employment. <br /> <br /> 3. Second Party's compensation shal.1 be as follows: <br /> <br /> (1) 8% of the construction costs, including contingencies, <br /> for preparation of plans and specifications; <br /> <br /> {2) 4% of the construction costs, including contingencies, <br /> for construction staking; <br /> <br /> {~) 2% of the construction costs,.including contingencies, <br /> for assessment engineering. <br /> <br /> Items (1) and (3) are to be paid upon availability of funds from the <br /> <br /> proceeds of the sale of bonds. Irem (2) is'to be paid on monthly <br /> billing thereafter. ' - <br /> <br /> 4.
