the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, all of the work and <br />improvements described in the Resolution of Intention of said <br /> <br />City Council of the City of Pleasanton and plans and specifications <br />adopted by said City Council of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> The contract entered into by the acceptance of the bid <br /> <br />of the First Party and the signing of this agreement consists of <br />the following documents, all of which are a component part of this <br />contract and as fully a part hereof as if herein set out in full and, <br />if not attached, as if hereto attached: <br /> <br /> 1. This Agreement. <br /> 2. Specifications. <br /> 3. Plans .' <br /> 4. Resolution of Intention. <br /> 5. Notice Inviting Sealed Bids. <br /> 6. Bid. <br /> <br /> All of the documents hereinabove referred to as being a <br />part of this contract are on file in the office of the City Clerk <br /> <br />of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Said First Party shall furnish all necessary tools, equipment, <br /> labor and materials required for the performance and completion of <br /> said work and improvements, and all materials used shall comply with the <br /> said specifications and be to the satisfaction of the Director of <br /> Public Works of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Time for commencement and completion of the work is fixed <br /> <br /> in the specifications. <br /> <br /> First and Second Parties agree that the actual work of <br /> construction completed shall be paid for by Second Party to First <br /> Party based upon the following unit and/or lump sum prices: <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
