The employee class titles and salary ranges to be paid by <br />the City of Pleasanton during the 1973-74 fiscal year and <br />commencing with July 1, 1973, shall be as set forth in <br />Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated here <br />in by reference. <br />3. Resolution No. 71-i2& is hereby repealed. <br />4. If any section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph,. <br />sentence, ,clause or phrase of this resolution or any part <br />thereof is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, <br />such decision shall not affect the. validity of the remain <br />ing portions of this resolution or any part thereof. The <br />City Council hereby declares that it would have passed <br />each section, subsection,: subdivision, paragraph, sentenc , <br />clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that <br />any one or more sections, subsections, subdivisions, para <br />graphs, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared uncon- <br />stitutional <br />5.
